Service

PDFFlick provides online PDF tools including compression, merging, splitting, rotation, page removal, watermarking, password protection, PDF to Word conversion, PDF to images conversion, and grayscale conversion. The free tier allows up to 3 files per day with a 10MB size limit. The Pro tier ($3.50/month) provides unlimited files up to 2GB.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Upload files containing malware or malicious content
Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the service
Use automated scripts to bulk-process files without permission
Upload content that violates any law

Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Paddle. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of payment. To request a refund, email us at hi@pdfflick.com. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment provider.

File handling

Files are processed on our servers and automatically deleted within 1 hour. We are not responsible for data loss. Always keep a copy of your original files.

Limitation of liability

PDFFlick is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of this service, including but not limited to data loss or file corruption.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
